Prices and Payment Terms

 

All prices in the online store are stated excluding VAT, in Norwegian Kroner (NOK).

We offer secure payment via Klarna, Vipps, Credit/Debit card and Paypal . For terms regarding payment deferral, please see details at checkout.

 

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping cost is calculated based on the number of tracking units. It will be presented at checkout.
Standard delivery time is 1-2 weeks from the order date. Please note that delivery times may be longer outside the main season. Customers can specify an alternative delivery address if needed. We encourage customers to immediately inspect received products.
Any transport damages should be reported to the delivery point on the same day.
Unclaimed packages returned to us will incur a fee of up to 1000 NOK.

 

Return Policy

We offer a 14-day unconditional return policy from the date of receipt.

It is essential to retain the original packaging until a decision to keep the product is made. Please NOTE that used devices may not be returned if it has been used on animals or hazardous/unsanitary environments.

For returns, the customer covers the return shipping. Please use the enclosed withdrawal form and address the return to:

Complaints

Are you experiencing a defect in the received product? Please document with a photo and contact our customer service. Depending on the nature of the fault, you will be offered repair, replacement, refund, or a price reduction. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered. In the case of valid complaints, reasonable return costs will be refunded. Contact us before returning for guidance. For transport damages, please refer to point 2.
